Why is my customer/vendor missing from selection dropdown?

Cause:

  • The record is marked as inactive.
  • It belongs to a different entity or currency context.
  • You don't have permission to view that entity.


Solution:

  • Activate the record in Customers or Vendors list.
  • Verify entity and currency settings.
  • Update user permissions if needed.
