Warehouses in the Inventory App represent the physical or virtual locations where your stock is stored. They are essential for tracking product availability, managing stock movements, and ensuring accurate reporting across different business locations.

Purpose of Warehouses

• Organize Inventory – Maintain stock records separately for each warehouse or storage point.

• Improve Accuracy – Ensure stock transactions are recorded against the right location.

• Enable Multi-Location Management – Track inventory across factories, stores, depots, or even consignment locations.

• Support Workflows – Facilitate smooth sales, purchase, and goods movement processes.

Key Features

• Multiple Warehouses – Create as many warehouses as needed (e.g., Head Office, Regional Depot, Storefront, Online Fulfillment Center).

• Stock Segregation – View available, incoming, and reserved stock per warehouse.

• Goods Movement Tracking – Transfer stock between warehouses with full audit trail.
