03 - Accessing Reports

To view standard or custom reports:

  1. Go to the Reports tab in your app.

  2. On the left-side tree view, you’ll find two main sections:

    • Reports – contains:

      • Recent: Your recently accessed reports.

      • Created by Me: Reports you’ve created.

      • Private/Public/All Reports: Filter reports based on visibility and ownership.

    • Folders – organizes reports as:

      • All Reports: Full list of available reports.

      • Created by Me: Your authored reports.

      • Shared with Me: Reports shared by other users.

  3. Browse or use the search bar to locate a report.

  4. Click on a report name to view it. You can then apply filters or export it as needed.


You can also:

  • Export as Excel, CSV
  • Subscribe to reports for email delivery
  • Toggle the view (Chart/Table view)
  • Add to dashboard for quick insights


Custom Reporting:

  • Modify Fields: Add/remove columns based on your needs.
  • Group Data: By Entity, Customer, Vendor, Tax Type, etc.
  • Save Custom Views: Reuse frequently used configurations.
  • Share Reports: With individuals or roles in your org.


Best Practices:

  • Regularly review the P&L and AR Aging to stay on top of financial health.
  • Use Entity filters to track performance in multi-entity setups.
  • Schedule monthly Balance Sheet and Trial Balance for compliance checks.
  • Reconcile bank accounts monthly using Bank Reconciliation Reports.
