Step 1: Access the Agent
- Go to the Chatter tab.
- Find the conversation or AI assistant widget labeled “Luca” or “Reporting Assistant”.
Step 2: Type Your Query
- Use natural language — no need for technical terms.
- Example:
“Show me total expenses by entity for last month”
Step 3: Review the Response
- The AI agent will respond with:
- A quick summary
- A table or chart (where applicable)
- A link to view full report in Salesforce Reports (if available)
Step 4: Refine or Follow Up
- You can refine your question or ask a follow-up.
- Example: “Filter by Marketing department” or “Exclude Entity B”
